Good Night Gorilla

Good Night Gorilla

By Peggy Rathmann

Published in 1994 (G.P. Putnam’s Sons)

34 Pages (Board Book) – Ages 1-5

This book is about a sneaky little gorilla that escapes from his cage in the zoo. He then causes mischief and problems for the zoo keeper. This book is extremely funny!!

The book is made for pre-school kids who can’t read yet. This is actually my little sister’s book, she’s learning to read and this is one of her favorite books. There aren’t many words on each page which makes it easier for young children to follow the story. The illustrations are really detailed so it’s fun to add to story by saying what you think is happening in the pictures. It’s so fun to add-on to the story using your imagination that anyone, even grown-ups, will love doing it.

I give it 5 out of 5 book worms!
