The Phone Book

The Phone Book

by Verizon

Ages 9+     A whole bunch of pages

This book starts with some community information that’s not real useful. Then comes a long list of characters starting with Abigail Aaron who was not available for an interview. The book really drags on and on. There really isn’t much of a plot.  The pictures aren’t that interesting and not too colorful. I fell asleep but finally got it done. Near the end I thought I was seeing things, but NO the pages actually turn yellow! Now THAT was interesting.

I give this book one out of five book worms…..don’t read it……

  1. HA HA HA! Thats a good one!

  2. Wow! I’m glad I passed this one up. I thought it might be a good read but thankfully I read your review first. Sounds like it would make a better booster seat than an actual book.

  3. I wasn’t so lucky. I have this same book! However, I found it pretty helpful to use when I can’t reach something up high – Mades a great step stool.

  4. Erik I thought you really read it! I was convinced you did this for us so that you could write a review on it. Your review was hilarious though! Have you tried reading the dictionary yet?

  5. Totally Love It Erik!!! And you are sooo right about the lack of plot! Way to go! As usual, you are correct.

  6. I’m glad everyone liked my “joke”. };o})>>>>>>>>>>

PS I will mostly not review any books like this.

  7. I have a question? Since your read the book, did you happen to remember the number for Mario’s Pizza? Thanks in advance! 😉 Keep up the good work! 🙂
