Hey! Do you guys remember when I reviewed the very fun your reader mystery – “The Case of the Missing Carrot Cake” by Robin Newman (click the title for my review)?

Find it on Amazon HERE!
Summary from Goodreads: “When food goes missing on Ed’s farm, Detectives Wilcox and Griswold do what it takes to track down the thieves. In this case, Miss Rabbit’s carrot cake has disappeared. Has it been stolen? Or eaten? Or both? Who dunnit?“
Well, guess what! Today is the day it is released!
You can purchase the book on Amazon HERE!
Ms. Newman, the author, has thankfully agreed to let me give away a copy of her book.
The only qualifications that are needed are that you help spread the word about Ms. Newman’s book via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc. or reblog!).
The contest is open to everyone in the US.
Just let me know you shared in the comments below and you are in for the drawing!
I will randomly choose one winner from all the entries on May 6th and the winner will be announced May 7th.
Good Luck!
You can visit Ms. Newman’s website HERE.

Oh, I want it, I want it, I want it!
Thanks, Mike! Good luck!
Ok, Ok, Ok! We shall see. Now, wait patiently and have a lollipop. 😉
Can it be a Tootsie Pop?
Fine…
I shared. Looks like a fun book. Congratulations Robin!
Thanks, Stacy! 🙂
It’s a great book! 😀
I have a ‘slice’ on order, but I’ll be sharing the news once I get outta bed! Even nerdy loudmouths can get sick.
You are not loud. Feel better soon. Too much cheesecake?
I wish! Might be allergy-related, but I don’t care about connections. I want my brain back!
Feel better, Julie!
Thanks!
Wilcox & Griswold heard that carrot cake has more medicinal value than chicken soup. W&G and the gang on Ed’s farm hope you feel better. 🙂
When I told my son we should make carrot cake for my husband’s birthday he asked, does he like it? I said, I do!
Who doesn’t like carrot cake? I’ve never heard of such a person. I just made Mollie Katzen’s recipe in the book for my signing at Bank Street. It’s very simple and super delicious.
I will make it when I finally have the book!
I hope you feel better! And enjoy this book! 😉
I do feel better, and my copy is on it’s way!
Yay! 😀
Hooray! I’ll be watching the postbox every day. I’ll reblog tomorrow
Yay! Thank you! 😀
Shared on facebook. Can’t wait to read this one!
Thanks, Nancy! 🙂
Thank you! 😀
Yipee! Love giveaways….Teacher Librarians like me like to get books into just the right hands and giveaways help us do this. Of course, we like to read the book first. shhhh. Keep up the good work.
If you don’t win, I’d be happy to send you a book for your library. My email add is: robin@robinnewmanbooks.com. Good luck!
I love the title TEACHER LIBRARIAN. In the USA we are only called Media Specialists or Librarians. I will reblog, too, but I hope you win!
Well, because it’s a good book, I’ll turn a deaf ear about that *gasp!* reading business of you librarians… 😉 Thanks for stopping by! 😀
Tweet, tweet. Count me in!!
Thanks, Karen! Good luck!
You ARE in! 😀
I chirped about that missing carrot cake. Now, wipe those crumbs off your mustache, Erik. You’re looking a little guilty. Is there anything you’d like to tell us? Hmmm? 😀
Your comment made me laugh! 😀 Now, er, I’ll just enter you into the giveaway… Now, shoo. You ask too many questions. *non chalantly tosses plate and fork into trashcan* NEXT! 😉

Well this is a squeaky deal. Detectives Wilcox and Griswold will be making an appearance at Kid Lit Reviews tomorrow. Well, Erik, I love your reviews, and I love all of these comments, but I hope everyone comes out to support Robin once more. She surely deserves it. This mystery must be solved! Another great PPBF! 🙂
Oops, I’m a day behind and a post ahead of myself. I meant “nice review.” The Detectives would be proud.
Well… Thank you? 😉
Thanks, Sue! Wilcox & Griswold are looking forward to your review. And Miss Rabbit saved you a piece of carrot cake! 🙂
Thanks! 😀
Erik, Thanks so much for posting the giveaway and for helping to spread the word about Wilcox & Griswold.

It is a great book! 😀
There are no wee folk here to read it to unless it is in French?
I don’t know. You’ll have to contact the author about that.
